Shopping shopping shopping lush.

Finally I had a chance to go shopping today so I hit the shops early this morning to avoid the rush. I spent huge amounts in lush….I need to stay away from that delicious place for a while now although I was looking forward to buying some of the new lush goodies that they will be selling in the New Year. The SA gave me some idea on what new thing's they will have!

So I mainly bought 3 bags full of lush which I will haul about when I get a chance and some dresses and hair products. I couldn't really shop after I had been to lush as the bags were so heavy they were giving me shoulder aches, my lovely friend even carried one for me.

How was everyone’s Christmas? Hope you all had a fantastic one…I’m trying to sort out the plans for new years eve at the moment, no idea what I’m going to wear.

Oh how I love Forrero Rocher's, my dad got me this huge tray to enjoy...

Lush Review So white, Dream Cream and Celestial

Celestial 45g £9.96- 'Heavenly moisturiser for sensitive skin'
Described as a vanilla, almond milk and dove orchid mosturiser for sensitive skin. Use it to soften and calm an easily ittated face and protect city skin against pollution.

Picture courtsey of lush.co.uk

So it was the smell that pulled me into buying this. I'm a huge fan of vanilla scents and this moisturiser smells like my favourite M&S yoghurt..yum I could eat it!

I have combination skin and especially during the winter it can get dry but I wouldn’t say it’s really sensitive. So immediately after washing my face and my skin is feeling tight and awful so I get some celestial on and instantly I feel better. The moisturiser is light and doesn’t make my skin feel greasy at all, the smell isn’t overpowering either its just delicious to be honest.
£9.96 for 45g it doesn't really seem like you get much for what your paying for and I've had this for about a month and have used it morning and night and have used almost half the tub. I’d definitely buy this moisturiser again just because I enjoy the scent but I do love trying new products and I'm sure there could be something cheaper on the market that is just as good.
So White £1.75- Bath Ballistic

Lush Description: Make a frothy blanket of apple-scented 'snow' for your bath. So White is the love-child of a Ballistic and Bubble Bar union. Rather than fizzing into nothing, it leaves behind a fresh snowfall on the water. Rose absolute is lovely for dry, rough or mature skins, allowing them to soak in a soothing water and relax weary, cluttered minds. Bergamot is a refreshing and fragrant oil to re-energize you when you're feeling run down.

I absolutley adore the smell of this little bath ballistic. It smells like apples! It's not a huge crazy in your nose smell its a subtle perfumey apple goodness. Compared to most the bath bombs for instance Big blue So white is much smaller but don't judge!
I felt that this bath bomb lasted much longer than others I've used like Jacko, the smell in the bath wasn't really that strong but still nice and it left the bath water kind of milky and white but not a 'snowfall' as lush describes it. I felt really mosturised after this bomb too and I'm hoping to stock up on these when I'm next at lush if they still have some! This could quiet possibly be my fave bath ballistic out of the one's I've tried so far.

Dream Cream 240g £9.60
Lush's description: Incredibly soothing body lotion for troubled skin. Dream Cream is Lush's best-selling product because it makes sore skin feel good again. Chamomile and lavender calm irritations, reduce redness and banish blotches. We've also included soothing oat milk, too. It contains everything nature makes for soothing your skin.

So I received a smaller tub of this cream as part of my Lush raffle prize and  it's one of the best selling products.
I like that this lotion is multi purpose...hand and body, I think its really moisturising however it does feel greasy on my hands but everywhere else it's fantastic and the greasyness from your hands will obviously fade and leave your hands feeling nice and soft. I don't get red or irrated skin alot (except sometimes on my face) so I can't tell you how well it works in that sense yet. The smell is interesting...to me the strongest scent is of lavender which is one of my faves.

I'll be doing many more lush reviews and hauls in the future. I know for a fact that alot of my christmas presents are from Lush! yay. And hopefully I'll be shopping there on saturday too.
What  are you guys expecting for christmas?

Project L'Oréal Lash Renewal Serum

So I've been reading so much about Lilash and wanting to buy the product thanks to the fantastic review and results I've seen from bloggers such as Bubblegarm.
However before I got the chance to splash out on the expensive Lilash I found out about L'Oréal Lash Renewal Serum and urgently went shopping and puchased a couple of them!
Although strangley L'oreal haven't advertised it anywhere the word is passing around and this product is flying off the shelves.

Priced at £10.76 but with £3.00 off as an introductory offer so £7.76 in boots it's way more affordable than Lilash which can cost up to a big £80.

It came with no instructions however on the advertisment stand where the serum was shelved it mentioned some simple use
age steps:

1) Use rounded tip to treat the lash line
2) Sweep the curved brush from lash root to tip

By day, apply under your mascara.
By night, remove mascara and apply to bare lashes.

It's been described as a product with 'An intensive formula enriched with Arginine and Centella' however for those of you who have been wanting to to know the actual ingredients I managed to peel back the first layer of the barcode sticker which supplied all he ingredients underneath hopefully you can read it below in the picture. To me the ingredients means nothing to me, there alcohol in the product which you can smell anyway.

So I've been using this product for about a week now and I've had no problems except sometimes a crusty feeling of the eyelash area when I awake however this may have been due to excess serum. I've not seen any results yet however I guess I'ts a waiting game. So I'll be applying this product everyday like a religion and fingers crossed it will work!

Is anyone else trying this product out as well? what do you think so far?

Shopping

Soo I desperately needed a haircut which meant going to the city centre which also meant lots of shops and pretty clothes.

My style is pretty experiemental and fun! I like bright colours, quirky, weird & wonderful things..

I tried on some clothes in Topshop....
(WARNING: ignore the face, minimal make-up...litrally just some powder. Was in a huge rush.)

I loveddd the first dress however it was wayyy to short, like if I bend over I'll show off my butt too short! & The second one, I adore skulls escpecially ones with weird patterns so when I saw this I was like WOW but I didn't get it! trying to save money and all that!
Then for the fun of it I tried on this.. thought it was pretty crazy.

What I ended up buying was...

This Little Gem, the last one left, super cute...really nice soft material and has pockets. & It was in the sale as well!

Is everyone ready for summer?
